Young Goodman Brown

While on his journey, Young Goodman Brown discovers many things, but the most significant thing he discovers is a very creepy man carrying a cane with a like life serpent on it. This man represents the devil and what he found out during the ceremony was that everyone is evil in his or her own way. After this whole ceremony in the woods, Young Goodman Brown can not look at anyone in his village the same anymore, and this includes his wife and the local minister because he does not trust ANYONE in his village. My path and life will be filled with many obstacles that I must overcome. I do not expect my own journey to be an easy one, but I am definitely up for the challenges that lay ahead. I know that I must stay focused in college and work in the future if I want to be truly successful, and I must avoid side activities such as drinking, smoking, and college parties. Throughout my journey in life, I expect to realize that I am stronger than I think I am, at least that's what I'm hoping!
